I have got to get into this blogging thing. I need to start recording stuff. The world is moving too fast and I need to get some of these ideas recorded some place that I can get at from anywhere.
I believe most people would like to teach themselves how to do stuff, but don't have time to read through the manuals or get lost on the internet. I want to start creating videos for those self help issues. I believe most people are visual learners and if they have to read something, rarely will they take the time. YouTube seems to be proving this point. These videos are going to be for the non-technical audience but mostly for my co-workers using the software/applications that they need to know about. None of this stuff is going to be life saving or even very interesting for those high techies out there because they all know this stuff and just haven't realized that other people around them don't know this stuff. We sometimes take a lot of things for granted and we forget to share the little gems that others could use but don't know about because they don't do this stuff every day.
I'm going to try to keep the videos as short as possible, so the users can view it quickly and try it out. I believe, if you don't use it you lose it. I won't get time to do every video I want to do, because I actually have a real job, but I've got to start somewhere. I will share the videos if I can. If you have some tip or something that saves you lots of time that you would like to share, please do.
Here's the list in no particular order. My mood will dictate which one I pick to do at any particular time. And it will grow as I add things.
